Treatment of Hairy Cell Leukemia

Treatment of hairy cell leukemia may include the following:
- Watchful waiting when possible.
- Rituximab.
- Vemurafenib (or other BRAF inhibitors) with or without rituximab.
- Immunotherapy (recombinant interferon alpha-2b).
- Ibrutinib.
- Moxetumomab pasudotox-tdfk.
- Cladribine with or without rituximab.
- Pentostatin.
- Repeat treatment with cladribine or pentostatin.
- Splenectomy.
